Davenport, Torch chairman, today condemned Labour's
failure to reform public services for the gay
community.
Speaking
to an audience of Conservative activists, James
said: 'After 6 years of Labour in power, their
failure is really hitting the gay community.
'Hate
crime is up - violent crime has increased almost
a third in a year.
'HIV
infections have spiralled under Labour - 19 000
more infections since they took power in 1997.
'Labour
have delivered very little for the gay community
since they took power in 1997.
