Gay Conservatives Fringe 'A Huge Success'

James Davenport

The Gay Conservatives fringe meeting in Blackpool was 'a huge success', James Davenport declared today.

Speaking immediately after the event, he said that the meeting showed that the Conservatives were moving forward with their agenda of a fair deal for everyone.

'I'd like to thank all those who attended today's event', James Davenport told gayconservatives.com. 'Most of the faces in the audience were new, showing that as an organisation we are going from strength to strength. There is a lot of interest in our agenda amongst all parts of the Conservative Party, and a great willingness to listen. After all, our aims are the aims of the Party at large. Conservatives want a fair deal for the gay community.'
